A note on Auto Transparency

Auto Transparency sets transparency automatically based on measure distance from conditional formatting range. NOTE: Auto Transparency flag is ignored when Conditional Formatting is turned off.
In case measure is below min range, transparency fades as measure approaches range value.
For Example:
    Min Range: 25
    Min Color: Red
Incase measure value is 5, red is shown dark.
Incase measure value is 20, red is shown faded.
In case measure is in mid or max range, transparency darkens as measure approaches range value.
For Example:
    Mid Range: 60
    Mid Color: Yellow
Incase measure value is 30, yellow is shown light.
Incase measure value is 55, Yellow is shown dark.
